Pemanasan Menjelang Piala Oscar: Ada Kesamaan Antara Pemenang Critics’s Choice Movie Awards Dengan Golden Globe Awards 2011

Dalam dua hari terakhir ini diselenggarakan dua event penghargaan untuk insan perfilman di Amerika, yaitu Critics’ Choice Movie Awards (14 Januari 2011) dan Golden Globe Awards (16 Januari 2011). Dari kedua event tersebut, peraih penghargaan untuk beberapa kategori memiliki banyak kesamaan. Banyak kalangan menilai, kedua event awards tersebut merupakan gambaran untuk para peraih nominasi dan pemenang penghargaan Piala Oscar (Academy Awards) di bulan Februari mendatang. Sebenarnya masih ada satu lagi event award yang masih ditunggu hasilnya, yaitu Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards), tapi banyak pengamat memperkirakan hasilnya tidak akan terlalu jauh berbeda. Pemenang SAG Awards baru akan diumumkan tanggal 30 Januari 2011 nanti.
